Very excited to report another successful loan modification with a Federal Credit Union (Pentagon Federal Credit Union) for a Homeowner in Fresno, CA. As you may know, Credit Unions are difficult, because many do NOT get help from the FDIC and the Making Home Affordable Act funds. This Borrower received 2% for the first 2 years, 3% for the next 2 years, 3.5% for the fifth year, adjusting to a 5.375% interest rate for the remainder of the life of the loan. This was after 4-5 months of stone-walling by the credit unionand the persistent efforts of Ferguson Financial on behalf of the Borrower.
